ESL TV OHNE PRE : Andreas 'pre' Lenski kündigt Rücktritt im Dezember an

Andreas 'pre' Lenski gab soeben das Ende seiner Kommentatoren-Karriere
bekannt. Das langjährige Aushängeschild von ESL TV wird im kommenden
Dezember seinen bisherigen Job an den Nagel hängen, dies teilte er via
Twitter mit. Einen konkreten Grund für seinen überraschenden Rücktritt
nennt der 31-jährige nicht.



Das Aushängeschild von ESL TV bei Counter-Strike 1.6-Sendungen
ist seit mehreren Jahren ein fester Bestandteil im eSport.
Seine eSport-Karriere begann bereits im Jahre 2002, wo er für den
deutschen Traditionsclan mTw als Redakteur diente.
Später sammelte er bei der Electronic Sports League erste
Erfahrungen als Moderator. Als sich Turtle Entertainment 2006 an
GIGA beteiligte wechselte auch pre zum beliebten Sparten-Fernsehsender.
Die Kooperation beider Parteien hielt allerdings nur knapp zwei Jahre.
pre wechselte daraufhin wieder zu seinem alten Arbeitgeber der ESL
zurück, wo er bis heute als Moderator und Kommentator durch unzählige
Counter-Strike 1.6- und Source Sendungen führte.

Neben seiner Arbeit bei ESL TV betrieb pre auch seine eigene Blogseite
den Kistengang. Die Seite erfreute sich aufgrund vieler Insiderinfos
äußerster Beliebtheit. In letzter Zeit wurden aber vermehrt Stimmen
laut die einen Abgang des langjährigen Moderators forderten.
So soll er seinen Zenit überschritten haben. Ob diese bei der
Entscheidung eine Rolle gespielt haben ist nicht bekannt.
Inwiefern pre dem eSport erhalten bleiben wird, ist noch unklar.
